The owner is updating the park, which is nice, but many of the trailers are old and in disrepair. The current owner does not live on or near the property and any complaints fall on deaf ears. There are many cats roaming despite rules that pets be leashed. I have lived here for 20 years. Water used to be included in the lot rent but it isn't now. I have been overcharged for water and the money was never refunded.
Should of moved here years ago. Neighbors are great, owners are awesome and helpful. Great community. Oh ome join us. You won't be disappointed
Nice place. Owner and maintenance man are nice, friendly, and very helpful. Reasonable lot rent, decent sized lots, clean, and well maintained. Lots of trees and shade.
Overly high rent, for a dilapidated trailer. Plus! Got charged for water we never used. These people are a scam, do not move here.
I love living here. Really need more street lights though
