Homelong Cove Introduce

For residents of Connecticut’s southeastern coast, finding a housing option that balances affordability with a peaceful atmosphere is a top priority. Homelong Cove, an established mobile home park in Groton, stands as a notable choice for those seeking a low-maintenance lifestyle in a quiet residential setting. Located in New London County—a region known for its deep maritime history and significant naval presence—this community provides a stable environment for individuals and families who want to enjoy the benefits of coastal living without the high costs typically associated with traditional single-family homes in the area.

The community at Homelong Cove is characterized by its long-term residents and a general atmosphere of tranquility. As a "hidden gem" of Groton, it appeals to a demographic that values privacy and a neighborly feel. Many residents choose this park because it offers a sense of homeownership and personal space that apartment living often lacks. The park is well-integrated into the local landscape, offering a suburban retreat that remains close to the essential services and recreational opportunities that make Groton one of the most desirable places to live in Connecticut.

Location and accessibility are among the strongest selling points for Homelong Cove. I've been here over 4 years... good, quiet community. I personally have never really had any problems with management or other residents. The only negative is that lots are extremely small.
