I have rented a mobile home in Isle of Pines community for more than four years. I had a problem with my bathroom where the toilet repeatedly became clogged. I contacted the property manager, Ms. Cangialosi, who very promptly arranged for a maintenance crew to check out the problem and fix it. They looked at the bathroom that same evening, determined what the problem was, and a two man crew was there early the following morning. The men were both very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. They worked hard, replaced the floor, installed a new toilet , and completely resolved the problem. I am grateful for the successful efforts of all of the Cook Properties staff.
