Over the years, Kingstown Mobile Homepark has become a staple of the local housing landscape, offering a dense but organized layout that maximizes the use of its prime location. The atmosphere is one of mutual respect among neighbors, many of whom have called the park home for years, creating a sense of continuity and local history within the park’s boundaries.

Positioned at 6705 Post Rd, North Kingstown, RI 02852, Kingstown Mobile Homepark LLC enjoys a location that is both highly visible and remarkably accessible. Accessibility is a key feature here, as the park is within walking distance or a very short drive to essential local shopping centers, medical facilities, and recreational plazas.

The strategic placement on Post Road also means that residents are never far from major transportation links. Whether you are commuting for work or exploring the state's famous beaches, the park’s location serves as a central point of departure. The presence of nearby commercial plazas, including the one situated directly behind the property, ensures that daily needs—from groceries to entertainment—are always within reach. This makes it an ideal spot for those who prefer to keep their daily travel distances to a minimum.

Edit: 2023 the rent was raise to $455. Bogus reasons, as usual.Edit: 2022 the rent has been raised to $440. That is on top of the town now taxing our mobile homes for $17.50 per $1000.Edit: the rent was raised January 2020 to $420.Not a good place to live anymore. The rent has been raised every year since the new "owners" took over (LLC named "Freehold Real Estate"), no improvements have been made to the park, the road is a disgrace, speed bumps non existent and cars/trucks speeding in the park. We don't know how they got the approval to squeeze giant mobile homes into tiny lots but that happened too. Forget about talking to anybody in person, the address is a PO box. People living here mostly are low income, veterans, and retirees who can't afford to move out. What they are doing is wrong but they do it anyways, squeezing the last dollar out of people's pockets.

It was great until pickle ball moved into the plaza in back ...they open the doors and there's a constant annoying ping pong sound day and night
