This is a great place to live! It’s close to everything. The maintenance people here are wonderful and help is never far away. It’s neat, clean and quiet.
Lived there for 35 years it’s home to usIt’s a residential neighborhood
House quality is not the greatest, one of the best places to bring your kids trick or treating. Small but affordable houses overall a good place. If there where some bigger houses available for purchase it would be rated higher but i cannot hold that against it due to it being a mobile home park.
The people and neighbors are great, as is the manager and maintenance person. That being said, the owners do not do proper upkeep of roads, lots, etc.
They need to do a better job around the park as they expect their home owners to take on so kuch responsibility and yet they pay park dues for certain jobs that are left much more neglected then the occupancy of the tenant's responsibility!
