I have been looking for affordable housing in southern NH and I am very excited about Litchfield Estates ~ it will allow me to have a beautiful new home with a yard!The new owners are working hard to make lots of improvements and make this a nice community with lots of open green areas, woods and trails. I love this town and I am so happy to be able to afford to live here!!!
There should be a law to deal with places like Litchfield Mobile Park Estates!!! We just drove 50+ miles expecting to see "a nice clean, safe park". This place is a dump!!! The pictures on their site look beautiful. Don't they? But when you get there watch out for the dirt road with huge holes and rocks going into this dump! $160,000 for the mobile we went to see??? I wouldn't give $160.00 for it!
Great place to live, friendly neighbors and with all the improvements with the paving and the expansion of the new homes it will be ever better.
Things are rough now however both management and owners are working hard to fix problems from previous owner and make this a diserable place to live-resident-
