Permit required. Probably costs something. And just too much of a hassle in the land of the free to be asking to sit at a picnic table. They got a whole sign full of papers with rules upon rules. basically privately owned with the suspicious intent to look open to the public. And those rules are hardly legible due to the small size of the font.

Peaceful tiny place running along a creekside. Few camp sites directly in the path of the park which can be odd. Has water spickets, Johnny Blue and a nice park bathroom, no showers though.

Definitely not a place to set up your tent. Super close to the main road. The sites are in the middle of a trail where all the neighborhood walk with the is dogs. The only toilet available is completely disgusting. Needed more maintenance. Is just a nice place to walk, run and hang out with yours pets. Definitely if you are looking for a quiet place to camp, this is not the right one.
