This place absolutely sucks.. they jack ur rent up but do nothing for the community that we live in except to harass u every chance they get. I shake my head every time I see someone else move into this hell hole can't wait to get out.
I have been living here for 16 yrs. There are a lot of trees which is the reason why I chose this park. The other surrounding parks have chopped a lot of trees down which makes it, in my opinion, undesirable. Lots of birds, running creeks, absolutely beautiful. Who wants to live in a park with little to no tree's? I will say that the owner should beautify it a little better with pretty landscape and flowers. He should take a look at Malta Gardens. That's a pretty park. But that's a whole other issue. All in all I have enjoyed my stay here so far.
Management sucks. They don't enforce standards, the park looks like a dump. They did s crappy job clearing the roads after the snow and ice. It used to be a nice park, but not anymore. Can't wait till we leave this ugly placr.
Horrible customer service evil maintenance guys and the maintenance people think they run the park. Can't believe how downhill this place has gone since I lived here trash everywhere and chunks of trees everywhere. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.
This place has been a horrific nightmare, even since they replaced the entire staff at the local level. Nobody can be reached, nobody responds to the emergency maintenance number, when you stop in top talk to someone in the office, they have no actual answers and blow smoke up your butt, rather than actually doing their job!We've been trying to reach then for over an hour about our frozen water lines, CAUSED BY MAINTENANCE and the cob job they did to our exterior lines a few months ago. Still no response, still no water. But they don't care that there are little kids in the house, they still get a pay check!
