The road is full of pot holes, there are a lot of dead trees on the property, not very well taken care of. The tenant's do their best to keep the lots clean and looking nice, it just needs owner to step up on their responsibility.

The pot holes are so bad , and there are a couple trailers that leave garbage like old mattress and couches , its an eye sore . Landlord needs to do something about these issues .
