Awesome place to live I've lived there for 30+ years it changed hands many times and UMH is one of the best owners thus far. Mari the park Manger is one of the nicest Manger's the park has ever had. Mari is also very helpful when there is a problem. If you fallow the rules and regulations of the park you will not have any problem. Mari it was a honor live in Oakwood trailer park under your management. Thank you Mari 😊

Life Saver! In my forties, the last thing I thought would be having to start my life over after a 15 relationship ending awful and abruptly leaving me with very little options. Then I met the manager Mari and she literally helped my strength come through and worked so hard to help me find my beautiful home where I am finally at peace!I have observed her in detail organizing and managing the community doing a million things all the time keeping everyone safe and the community beautiful! You need a strong manager to do that and she does it effortlessly! People that do not do what they should like to put blame on the very people making this a great community to live for the rest of us instead of taking accountability for them not doing what they should be doing. I am so grateful for Mari and the great maintenance team that makes sure I do not have any issues in my home..Thank You Mari for going the extra mile for me, for helping me, for believing in me and for giving me my life and sanity back! You are the best manager I have seen in quite some time!
