As it stands now, this is a great place. It's clean, well maintained, has access to fast Internet through Blue Ridge Cable, no real troublemakers, etc.Recently (12/20/21), we've learned that the park has been bought by an out of state investor. Don't know what this means, but it's almost certain that our rent is going to go upwards, as investors like to see a return on their investment.I will update as more information becomes known.

Quiet a few open spots here. Good location between Duncannon and New Bloomfield. There is a very nice park less than 3 miles down the road, and the State Game lands are right next door.

No local manager or office in the park. No one follows the rules. Dogs running around without leashes. People speeding through the park and down the road to the park. No one seems to stop at the stop signs because none of this is enforced. Report someone? You get in trouble.

I have traveled in this place many times to visit family, and I'm fed up with kids being all over those roads, when you blow the horn they look at you! Where are the parents?? Why is the person in charge of the PARK not doing something? They need to put someone else in charge, bc clearly this person is not doing their job!!
