I've loved living here since I moved in. Lucy is always so helpful and professional. Maintenance keeps the property clean and best of all it's safe for my kids to play outside. It's quite and everyone lives peacefully!

The community is peaceful as a whole. It does have its problems though, but what community doesn't? Water & Trash Pick Up are included with the Lot Rent. Maintenance cleans the Neighborhood twice a week & are always on top of Maintenance Inquiries. Management & Maintenance always take care of any Issues that need to be Addressed in a Timely Manner. What I Like Most About Park Place is the Quietness & Peacefulness Among The Neighbors.

disabled and needed a place to live met someone who was renting a room so I was paying perfectly every month on time and the owners of this park told the woman I was renting off of that she was not allowed to have anyone living there in her own trailer? In a two-bedroom? So I was put out on the street with a broken back in the middle of the winter. So liking it is not the issue but the absolute lack of compassion in that place is a disgrace to humanity and caring for one another as God teaches us. Again I was paying my share and actually doing kind things for other neighbors while disabled and still my homelessness on a walker was the outcome! So you decide your own conclusions

Mixed feelings , but mostly positive. I recently bought a home here. Most of the neighbors welcomed me. You most drive slowly through here because theres always a kid popping out between the cars.I had one racist incident where an old white guy asked me what am I doing here, who I was because he do want to catch Covid-19 from ME. I laughed, shrugged it off..but I'm still here. The location to live here is awesome. Malls on Kirkwood Highway is literally 2 blocks away. Wawa store is literally right next door. Delaware Park Casino is 4 blocks away. Every bank is right around the corner. Major Highways are under two miles away.Good rest here only to be considered by the occassional frieght train that chuggs through. I got used to it after 2 days. These are also some if the most pleasant teens I've seen. They just hang out at each others house. Since Ive been here. Mostly alli residents and Kids are in the house by 830 PM.Overall, I would recommend it
