Pleasant Valley Estates Mobile Introduce
Pleasant Valley Estates Mobile offers a stable and welcoming residential environment in the heart of the Sullivan County region. Located in the historic city of Claremont, New Hampshire, this community stands as a prominent example of affordable, high-quality manufactured housing. Unlike many traditional mobile home parks that are owned by outside investors, Pleasant Valley Estates is recognized as a resident-owned cooperative (ROC). This means that the homeowners themselves collectively own the land and manage the business affairs of the community. For local residents, this cooperative model provides a level of security and control over their living environment that is often missing in investor-owned properties, ensuring that lot rents remain reasonable and the community's long-term interests are prioritized.
The atmosphere at Pleasant Valley Estates is characterized by the quiet, scenic charm typical of the Upper Valley area. Many residents have called this neighborhood home for over a decade, contributing to a sense of stability and neighborly care where people look out for one another. The community is designed for those who appreciate the independence of owning their own home while benefiting from the shared resources and social connections of a close-knit development. Whether you are looking to downsize into a more manageable one-floor living space or are a first-time homebuyer seeking an entry point into the New Hampshire real estate market, Pleasant Valley Estates offers a professional yet friendly setting that feels like a true neighborhood.

In a state where housing costs continue to rise, this community provides a sustainable and affordable path to homeownership. By choosing a resident-owned park, you are not just renting a patch of land; you are becoming a shareholder in your own neighborhood. This prevents the "prisoner" feeling often described by residents of investor-owned parks, where management may not have the residents' best interests at heart. Instead, Pleasant Valley Estates offers a democratic environment where rules are made by the neighbors themselves, ensuring a fair and friendly living experience for everyone.

Pitched as paradise ran like tour a prisoner. You pay property tax under lease but they treat you as if you don't even pay the rent. Poor management I think.need to be restructured
Wonderful place to live. Quiet, peaceful, and friendly. Great neighbors that look out for each other. I’m glad that I moved here 14 years ago!
My mother just bought a trailer and moved here, nice neighborhood, quiet and well-maintained.... everybody is very courtesy and is careful to drive slow as there are many children in the area
Old outdated trailer park, no green spaces trailers lined up like storage trailers. Limited lot space, not much outside green space, and not well maintained, lot rental is to high for the little amount of actual lot space.
Best area I’ve been to!
