The people complaining are probably the people who violated the park’s policies and got in trouble.Tammy is a great manager. Tammy takes her job seriously . That obviously rubs people the wrong way but she isn’t out here to make friends. She has a job to do and she does it quite well.This is a nice quiet park and everyone takes care of their place.Rent is VERY REASONABLE considering the cost of living. Compare the lot rent here to the lot rent in Florida and AZ. This place wins by a mile!Great place to live and great management.I wouldn’t be moving if I didn’t have to relocate for work.

It's not terrible. They have a lot of families that live here, but I never see a whole lot of kids out playing. Everyone keeps to themselves. Their maintenance team and management seem to be constantly changing. They do try to keep the park looking relatively nice. All of these things are neither really good or really bad.

Expensive place to live. Management does not take care of empty lots. Most tenants are nice but there are the few "trailer trash" that you find anywhere.

Since Morgan Management took over, Prestige Communities has had a face lift. The"in-house" financing is incredible. If you're looking to down-size as we did, or just start out out even raise a family,I say this is a great place to do it!

Lots of yard. Homes aren't crammed together like some parks and I like that. They are on people to keep up with the up keep so this place looks nice and gets nicer. Have been good to us.
