Whoever runs this place is the absolute worst. 15 phone calls (left a message every time).. No returned calls and no one can bother answering.
This park is severely rundown. The road is in need of serious repair and there are several rundown homes that need to be removed. The empty homes,and some that are occupied are not kept up. Junk in yards, tall grass etc. The rent gets raised every year and the lack of upkeep is deplorable.
Anyone considering purchasing a mobile home or rental should research Sall Associates LTD a property manager/Realtor who reportedly lost staff (high turnover?), in addition, has numerous eviction properties posted back in June/July 22 that as of Dec. 22 were apparently in same condition as when vacated including eviction notices on 5 homes and dead mice/droppings in at least one. 2 significant reviews to note Brandon B. and Magnacad LLC, the 1st an investor and second a property owner who contracted Sall's reported their property was condemned due to neglegence (uninhabitable properties) which of 78 reviews more than 75% are negative following a pattern of neglegence. Sall's response is not to "deny" but to attempt to discredit or claim being victimized (destroying our "reputation"). On a positive note, adjacent is Cook properties which has a history of buyouts yet has higher reviews.
I called the number they have posted and it says it is not in service. I tried looking it up online other ways and still no luck. I was trying to inquire about mobile homes they might have for sale or rent. Yet no way to get ahold of the place. Disappointed
Visited a friend there. For the owners of the place they make good money from the people that you would expect better pavement and driveways for the people
