River Edge Co-Op Mobile Home Introduce
River Edge Co-Op Mobile Home stands as a distinctive residential landmark in the vibrant community of New Paltz, New York. Unlike many traditional mobile home parks that are owned by external corporations, this community operates on a cooperative model, where residents have a collective stake in the management and future of their neighborhood. This ownership structure creates a unique sense of stability and community pride, as neighbors are also fellow members of the cooperative. Nestled along the banks of the Wallkill River, the park offers a peaceful, scenic environment that captures the natural beauty of Ulster County while providing one of the most accessible paths to residency in this highly sought-after region.
For New Yorkers who value autonomy and a voice in their living conditions, the cooperative nature of River Edge is a significant draw. The community is designed for those who want to move away from the high-density urban sprawl of the city and settle into a more relaxed, river-adjacent lifestyle. Being a "co-op" means that the residents work together to maintain the grounds, manage finances, and ensure the park remains a safe and welcoming environment. This collaborative spirit is a hallmark of the Mid-Hudson Valley, where community-driven initiatives are a core part of the local culture. Residents at River Edge enjoy the independence of homeownership combined with the collective security of a shared land-lease agreement.

What is worth choosing about River Edge Co-Op Mobile Home is the rare opportunity to have a literal "seat at the table." In many New York residential communities, tenants are subject to the whims of landlords and fluctuating market rates. At River Edge, the cooperative model provides a level of control and predictability that is exceptionally valuable. It is worth choosing for those who want their housing costs to be tied to the actual maintenance of the community rather than corporate profit. This place is a total dump. The "train wreck " of mobile home parks. Anyone looking for a place to set up a home should avoid this park. Stay away! Posted are photos of lot 32.
This place looks really decent when you enter, nice trailers well-kept yards.. however it's a little too close to tilson and the tilson mentality isn't exactly accepting of all people.
Absolute worst place I have ever lived in my life. They accuse you of things that aren't even true. Very unwelcoming board And send you very impersonal letters.
This is the worst trailer park. Owners don’t care about anyone or the park itself. And the park manager is a drunk and bothers everyone. This park needs to be shut down
