Rocky Glen is a great community bought my trailer in March of 2025 sold it in August 18 2025...I'm still waiting on my Deposit..my Key Deposit..I paid a year's rent up front..today will make a month and I have not received nothing..all together I paid 7,000.00..to get in Rocky Glen..they owe me 4,700.00..Do you think I can get my money anytime soon..thank you..... 10.20.2025..yes..now it will be almost 3 months and still waiting on my money..since I can't get ahold of anyone and I've been very patient with this issue i think my kindness is being taken advantage of..just to let you know I WILL BE GOING TO COURTS and filing against Rocky Glen for my money and I will be asking double back..There is no sense in this when this owner owns a good bit of Trailer communities all throughout the states and from reviews I'm not the only one who is waiting for their money... ### Nov 18..Still no money owed to me..So update..went to courts to proceed with filing charges 2 week's ago..Rocky Glen and Osprey company in Las Vegas...I called courts they said no response from them as of yet...To Rocky Glen and Osprey your just making things look bad on your part..Sad to say you're just making things way better for me..I Love it ❤️..

Rocky Glen has made a HUGE turn around in the past year since it's new management has taken over! Lori and Jim have done an incredible job of making it living here much more enjoyable and pleasant! Any issues there has been, they have always acted immediately on resolving. Before they became the new management, my girlfriend and I were beginning to make the decision of moving out despite how much cheaper it was to live here. When Lori and Jim took over and rent was raised $100, we were certain to move but that all quickly changed once Ashley and I met them and they assured us that the increase would be very beneficial to the community and that the increase was necessary to be able to afford to resolve many if not all the issues the community faced in the passed mainly most importantly the water issues we dealt with. Lori and Jim certainly made good on their promise! Jim worked tirelessly at fixing this issue with a completely new water system that Jim personally showed me and many frustrating days at finding the main issue to our lack of pressure due to a break in the main. The new system also helped with the treatment of our potable water that had many complaints of over the years. Lori, from the very first day we met her has always been extremely pleasant to talk to and took every issue we had whether it be community or personally related personal! She always sees to it to make sure the residents here are comfortable and happy and is always happy to stop and talk when about and around the community. The one thing that Lori has done that I find truly remarkable is that she treats us like we are family and really gets to know her residents. She brings a sense of community back to the community!If you are in the market, looking for a manufactured housing community to live in and plan to make it your permanent residence, Rocky Glen will surely give you that sense of being! We are now allowed small pools and fire pits! 2 activities that many of us are extremely happy to now able to have and be able to enjoy our hot summer days and cool fall nights! I am excited to see what else these 2 AMAZING PEOPLE will bring to ROCKY GLEN!!TO LORI AND JIM, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK THAT CONVINCED US TO WANT US TO BE FOREVER RESIDENCE HERE!

the management is absolutely horrible, lori is the most rude, power tripped, and self absorbed park manager i have ever met. she was blaming my boyfriend and i over something we had absolutely no part of. she belittled me, my boyfriend, and his family and had set us 2 showings even though we had been approved for the land and put a deposit down to buy the trailer. we were more than ready to buy the trailer today but with the way we were treated and disrespected, i can’t live in a mobile home community with a property manager that has a god complex and is power hungry. i feel horrible for the people that currently live there and for the people who will move there in the future. i am very disappointed and disgusted with the way we all were treated. she could’ve handled everything like an adult but she chose to behave like a child.
