We went to Colton Point State Park and wanted to find a campground in between there and Cherry Springs State Park. This couldn’t have been more perfect. The Cabin we stayed in was beautiful! It was right on the pond and the view from the deck was stunning to say the least. While it rained all night which made stargazing impossible, I don’t think I could’ve find a better place to stay in for the night. If you have to stay indoors due to weather, this is the place to be! The lighting and decor was romantic and peaceful. The hot tub was very relaxing and clean as well. It made my one day getaway feel like a week. You get every dollar’s worth. Clean sheets were provided and the pillows and mattress made me fall asleep so quickly. Whoever owns this place and added this cabin knows what they are doing! I will definitely return in hopes of clear skies for stargazing!
Only place to sleep in a school bus, so we definitely wanted to take them up on that offering! Beautiful little lake, quiet campground within close drive to everywhere you'd want to go. Bus was fun, offered everything we needed for a nights stay. The Camp owner was very nice. Will definitely go again.
First time visiting the Grand Canyon of PA area, and this school bus converted to a tiny home did not disappoint! The bus is situated next to a scenic pond, and surrounded by beautiful hills. It feels very private even though there are other RV sites and tiny homes nearby.Wilmer, our host, could not have been more friendly, accommodating and attentive to our needs. Thanks for making our anniversary getaway special!
The tiny house with loft was super clean, had everything we needed, and the staff was super helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
I happened upon this campground when my plans fell short of my destination during a 2-week bicycle tour. The campground was quiet, relaxed, and welcoming. The weather came up and was questionable, but I was kindly allowed to pitch my tent in the covered pavilion. There is a beautiful pond to relax by, and the hosts were very welcoming. Thanks for the great hospitality.
