We have to use pallets for our walk way because the rain mud, the ice in the winter is outrageous. Pallets that we found btw. Our neighbors trailer is a pig sty. Needs to be ripped out, and there are two boots just chilling in their driveway? They don't live there anymore. The up keep is minimal, there are mice. Two stars because there are people I know and love who live here.
Looking to move back to the town I was born in and yet nobody knows how to answer a bloody phone when called! I know that someone is in the office and can answer I had managed a Mobile Home Park in Florida and I know what is expected from managers! Just wow on their part completely rude and ignorant!!!
Property is in very poor condition. The road way is full of pot holes, the run off water floods the lots and road. The owner has no pride and doesn't care about his/her investment.
They have good food there, and my dad works there so I get treated nicely when I go there too.
Visiting a friend that lives there. He loves how quiet it is.
