I relocated here at the end of April 2021 from Central Florida. The management was very accommodating about doing business remotely and accepting of the contact I had working on my behalf here in New York. They were in the midst of re-leveling the structure and hadn't finished when I arrived and there had been some debris I needed removed, but the debris is gone and I'm told the leveling will happen when the ground has dried sufficiently. All this tells me they take care of their property and are responsible to their resident's requests. I think this location was a good choice.
It's a nice and clean place. I've only driven through it but looks like a nice place.
