Wouldn't recommend based on my experience. If you don't mind price gouging and lack of privacy this is the place for you. They "claim" you are like family and say they will give a a great deal while they have a knife in your back. They don't advertise their prices online anymore because price gouging is the way the do business. They offered me a "SPECIAL DEAL" of $25k for a 2 bedroom cottage while on their website the same cottage was priced at $18K. When I approached them about being overcharged by $7,000 the owners Mother claimed she didn't understand English. These people certainly understand cold hard cash and are determined to get every penny. I rented a cottage last summer and ended up checking into the motel next door just to have privacy. They watch the security cameras, watched my every move daily and harassed me asking for $25k or I'd have to leave. Very fake people and a very bad way to do business.Can't believe these crooked people get away with such price gouging!!
