Sun Outdoors Rehoboth Bay Introduce

Sun Outdoors Rehoboth Bay, formerly known as Massey's Landing, is a premier waterfront destination that redefines the traditional camping experience. Nestled along the scenic shores of the Rehoboth Bay in Millsboro, Delaware, this luxury RV resort and campground offers a unique blend of outdoor adventure and high-end resort amenities. For Delaware residents and visitors in the Mid-Atlantic region, it serves as a sophisticated sanctuary where the beauty of the coast meets the convenience of a full-service holiday retreat. Whether you are an avid RVer or someone looking for the comfort of a beachfront cottage, this resort provides an inclusive environment designed for all ages and lifestyles.

The resort is meticulously planned to cater to the modern traveler who seeks more than just a place to park. With nearly two miles of waterfront property, the layout maximizes views and provides immediate access to the bay. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, characterized by a mix of family-friendly fun and adult-oriented relaxation. Management has curated an experience that allows guests to be as active or as idle as they wish, from participating in planned community events to lounging on a private beach. It is a place where summer traditions are born and where the local Delaware landscape is celebrated through every carefully maintained facility and service.

Sun Outdoors Rehoboth Bay is strategically located at 20628 Long Beach Dr, Millsboro, DE 19966, USA. Its position on the "Long Neck" peninsula provides a secluded, peninsula-like feel while remaining remarkably close to Delaware's most famous beach towns. Guests can reach the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk and its eclectic mix of shops and restaurants in approximately 30 minutes, and the tax-free shopping at Tanger Outlets is even closer. This location makes it an ideal basecamp for exploring the Delaware Seashore State Park, the historic charm of Lewes, or taking the Cape May-Lewes Ferry for a day trip to New Jersey.

Accessibility is a hallmark of the resort, ensuring that the luxury experience is open to everyone. The facility features wheelchair-accessible entrances, a dedicated parking lot with accessible spaces, and ADA-compliant restrooms and shower facilities. The resort's interior roads are well-maintained and wide enough to accommodate the largest of RV rigs, with many sites offering concrete pads for easy leveling and maneuverability. For those who prefer to leave the driving to others, the resort's proximity to major local hubs ensures that rideshare services and local transport are readily available, though most guests find that the on-site golf cart rentals are the preferred way to navigate the expansive grounds.

To ensure a seamless and comfortable stay, Sun Outdoors Rehoboth Bay offers a comprehensive array of on-site services. These are designed to provide the convenience of a hotel within a campground setting. Services offered include:

  • Full-hookup RV sites including electric (20/30/50 amp), water, and sewer connections.

When searching for an RV park in Delaware, Sun Outdoors Rehoboth Bay is worth choosing for its uncompromising commitment to quality and the "resort lifestyle." Unlike more primitive campgrounds, this facility treats camping as a luxury vacation. The inclusion of a swim-up bar and high-quality on-site dining means that you can enjoy the outdoor life without the stress of constant meal prep or the need to leave the property for entertainment. For families, the sheer volume of activities—from the arcade to the jumping pad—ensures that children are constantly engaged in a safe, controlled environment.

Furthermore, the flexibility of accommodation makes it an excellent choice for groups. Friends who own RVs can book adjacent sites, while those who don't can stay in nearby cottages, allowing everyone to vacation together. The resort's reputation for being "spotlessly clean" and the friendliness of its staff add a layer of comfort that makes the premium pricing a worthwhile investment. By choosing Sun Outdoors, you are choosing more than a parking spot; you are choosing a community that values the guest experience, respects the environment, and provides a front-row seat to the best sunsets Delaware has to offer. Would you like me to help you look into the specific themed events scheduled for the 2026 season?

My family has been coming to Sun Outdoors for years. We love it here. They always have lots of activities for kids and all the amenities are well taken care of. We have stayed in the cabins and have also been here to camp. They have two pools and the adult pool has a swim up bar. The restaurant on site also has great food. Everything we have got to eat there has always been delicious. We also enjoy coming in the fall for the halloween weekends. Everyone always does a great job decorating there campsites! We will be back.

We loved the campgrounds and their policies! We hope to go back when there is not a Nor’easter. Lol The weather cut our stay short, but it’s seriously a beautiful place! Just a 1/2 hour from Ocean City, and a little more to get to the ferry for Cape May.If you don’t have an RV, they do have a handful of cabins.

We rented a cottageThe room with the bunkbed had a queen size mattress that hung over the side. You can’t even get a sheet on it. The room was super small. $70 a day for a golf cart, way over priced. Pool was way too small for the capacity of a large campground. Great place for partiers, that’s about it. The place is definitely over priced, cottages need updating.

Very peaceful beautiful place to stay. My family and I love staying in the cabins. Our dog loves the campground too. They accommodate the whole family. Easy to reserve online. They have a nice beach area and a great view of the bay.
