Well kept,lot rent on the higher end,dies not include anything but the ground your home sits on.
If looking to locate here, you had better check it out first.Place is still okay, but in serious need of attention from the owners. All things considered; absentee landlord with evidently ZERO interest in what condition property's in, not looking for too much improvement. Seems more interested in the INCOME as opposed to the quality of the property or what the residents have to put up with.20Apr2025 - nothings changed.
It allows pets, it looks very nice. I give it a 3 star because I know some children that live there that are bullies. I also knew a person that lived there and had a hard time with some there. Other than that, I would still recommend to someone in need of a place.
One of the better trailer parks in the area. Clean and taken care of. Love the creek that runs along the side of it, my son loved playing in it. Decent trustworthy community. Good management. Affordable.
Lot rent is average for southern tier of New York. Very clean trailer park. Well kept and maintained nice place to live
