First off I want to say the woman who is manager is very kind and sweet. Her friend who was helping her was also very kind. At first glance I thought this was going to be a nice place to stay. I had reserved a rustic cabin for the night and arrived around 430 to check in. Had to wait around 15 for some repairs thatvwere taking place. Once I got the keys we went to cabin and once I opened the door was hit with smell of ash and cigarettes. There was a small wood stove that has not been cleaned out in ages. Was filled eith trash and ash. There was a queen bed and a nasty old cot for sleeping. Bed had mouse droppings in it and the cot mattress had mouse nest in it. Needles to say we left and asked for our money back or a new cabinThey offered a cottageThis was much better but needs serious cleaning and updating. There was a yellow jackets nest in the wall by front door so we used the rear door instead. Overall it was clean enough for me and my friend to rest our head after a long day riding motorcyclesI hope the place gets the attention it needs as it could be a nice campground with alot of work.
