Timber Creek RV Resort Introduce

Timber Creek RV Resort is a distinguished seasonal camping destination located in the picturesque coastal town of Westerly, Rhode Island. Established in 1999, this family-run resort has built a reputation for providing an upscale "home away from home" experience for those who wish to spend their summers immersed in the natural beauty of South County. Unlike traditional campgrounds that cater to short-term travelers, Timber Creek focuses exclusively on seasonal and annual sites, fostering a tight-knit community of neighbors who return year after year. The resort spans a beautifully maintained landscape that balances wooded seclusion with open, sunny spaces, all while being just minutes away from the Atlantic coastline.

The atmosphere at Timber Creek is designed to mimic a high-end resort while maintaining the relaxed, friendly vibe of a classic New England campground. The property is characterized by its meticulous landscaping, which includes a scenic pond that becomes a focal point at night with its colorful water displays. From organized entertainment like hypnotist shows and live bands to quiet evenings spent grilling by the RV, the resort offers a versatile lifestyle that appeals to both active families and those looking for a peaceful retreat. With a professional management team led by helpful staff like Erin and Matt, guests are treated with a level of care often compared to a five-star hotel, ensuring that every season is comfortable and stress-free.

Location and Accessibility are two of the most compelling reasons why local Rhode Islanders and visitors from the tristate area choose Timber Creek. It sits just three miles from the pristine, sandy shores of Misquamicut State Beach and is a short drive from the exclusive enclave of Watch Hill. This prime location allows residents to enjoy world-class beaches, upscale dining, and boutique shopping during the day before retreating to the quiet woodland setting of the resort at night. Accessibility features on the property include:

I enjoy the camping experience at Timber Creek! I enjoyed the hypnotist show last week lots of laugh. I love the outdoor experience at the resort, swimming, grilling. Erin and Matt are very nice and helpful. The other staff are helpful also. At night the colorful water in pond is very pretty. There are bands and activities for the children.

I personally think that this place is fantastic 👌 exactly what I was looking for and then some! While not cheap, it definitely has everything I need! The Staff that I have been fortunate enough to come in contact with have treated me a if I were at a 5 star resort! They are always willing to help you out with something you have questions about. Me personally being new to this wonderful lifestyle, I have much to learn! Thankfully I have encountered nothing but goodwill from all! KUDOS to you all ,all of my new neighbors included.

Didn’t stay here but stopped by because the sign out front says par 3 is open to the public, staff claims it is no longer open to the public but the town won’t let them change the sign.

This is a great short course, sometimes called a pitch-and-putt or a chip-and-putt. For those golfers who want to work on their short game this is the place to go. I also found it was a great option for my sons who would love to golf a course but they are not big enough for an executive par 3 or other typical course.

Kinda disappointed when we stopped by to see my wife's relatives for about 45-50 min. just to say hello, don't want to sound cheap but.. cost me $16.00 to drive in, park, visit, leave. $8.00 ea. Geez I wouldn't have minded if we used just one of your many amenities ..pool, bathroom, golf, showerstall, anything more than just your asphalt to drive in and out. P.S. It was cloudy and rainy. OUCH
