Great communityGood dood!Super clean
This was amazing I love hanging out at the dock, the pool is so refreshing, the store has so much delicious food, and the ice cream is the classic Hershey’s!
Very nice community. Great views of the bay.
This place used to be paradise for many people but unfortunately they made a power hungry individual named Tracey Vance general manager. There are residents in the park that have been in fist fights and other residents that are known thieves and they continue to reside or visit the park. I have had thousands of dollars worth of fishing equipment stolen. I would like to mention I have been in this park for over 25 years and have many many friends including my neighbors. I've always lent a hand whenever anyone needed help with anything. I don't know of anyone in the park that doesnt like me or has anything against me. I had a girlfriend that had a ex boyfriend that came into the park with one of those residents that are known thieves and confront her with a gun as we returned from dinner. I got between them trying to protect her and he ended up throwing the gun in the marina. I had my girlfriend get back on the boat and we returned to the bay as I called 911. I haven't had a write up against me for the first 24 years or so but last year I got written up for plugging a battery charger in to charge my boat batteries before heading offshore like I have many times in the past 25 years or so which was fine for as many years but the new manager which 2 years ago said im allowed to do so but for some reason it is a write up now. Then I got a write up for throwing scrap wood into a dumpster like I have done for 25 years and never got written up for it until last year then when this guy came into the park and drove around with another resident looking for my girlfriend and myself only to pull a gun on us. Im the one that got written up because I called 911. And that was the reason they used to kick me out. SMH Law enforcement did retrieve the gun and did put that guy into jail and I have to testify at his trial which is coming up. I don't know what I did other than being a victim of a crime that got me kicked out. Let me remind everyone I never touched anyone's property and I never broke any rules or did anything different than I have done for the last 25 years but for some reason this new power hungry manager had it out for me. I've caught 2 people over the years stealing golfcarts which led to arrests and always could be relied on to helping my neighbors. So if your thinking about buying a place in west bay I would think twice because there are thieves that are residents and a park manager and owner that like to blackmail and like to flex their power. If you do buy into the park I feel really bad for you and wish you the best. I have close to a hundred friends in that park and every one of them cant believe what they have done to me and are afraid to do anything for anyone in fear of getting kicked out. It's a shame because it used to be a great place with great people but times have changed.
Nice place, great people. Friendly staff. I've been coming here my whole life and it's my favorite place to be.
