Surrounded by farmland and low-density residential areas, the park offers a quiet retreat from the bustling activity of suburban Maryland. The community serves as a functional neighborhood where residents can enjoy a sense of privacy while remaining part of the local Woodbine fabric. Historically known to some as Ashley Mobile Home Park, the village has transitioned through different management periods, continually aiming to provide a family-friendly environment within one of the state's most sought-after school districts. In the Maryland housing market, finding a residence that falls within a premier school district while remaining budget-friendly is a significant challenge. Woodbine Village solves this dilemma by offering a managed community environment where the "cost of entry" is much lower than the regional average. It is worth choosing for those who prioritize a quiet, rural lifestyle but still need to commute to the city for work. The inclusion of water, sewer, and trash in the lot rent provides a simplified monthly budgeting experience that many residents find helpful.
Additionally, the community is worth choosing for its stability and potential for a "no-frills," honest living experience. The first thing you see is a trailer with a trashed yard. The new owners are not keeping up with basic rules like Cut your Grass, clean up your yard, remove vehicles that are untagged and/or not running. Mr. Ashley made the park a nice place to live, the New owners seam like they just don't care.
I have lived in this trailer park for 6 almost 7 years. Always had problems with people coming into trailer park and stealing and vandalizing. Just a couple days ago my shed was broken into and ransacked and had stuff stolen. This has been a big issue. But I am giving a $1,000 reward for information leadi g to the arest. That means someone give me a name of this person and once arrested and found guilty i will pay than a reward of a 1000 dollars
I lived in the park for 1.5 years. I had a very positive experience with no issues. When I reached out to the park manager or owner to ask questions they were easy to reach and responsive. I would recommend living in this park.
This is the most disgusting place I have ever seen and cannot believe the owners of this park can show there faces in public iam sure they would not admit to owning the property.it looks like the city dump and a junk yard for old cars I seen rats running and all kinds of ferel cats.yards full of god knows what .the health dept needs to investigate .
Good food and nice staff
