Todd Village LLC. Park Introduce

For residents in the Maryland region seeking a balance between suburban comfort and financial practicality, Todd Village LLC. Park stands as a notable residential option. Located in the unincorporated community of Finksburg within Carroll County, this mobile home park offers a stable and quiet environment for those who prefer the independence of a detached home without the high price tags often associated with the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan corridor. As a long-standing community, Todd Village has developed a reputation for being a reliable housing choice for "hometown" people, ranging from young professionals to long-term residents who have called the park home for over fifteen years.

The philosophy of Todd Village LLC. Park is centered on maintaining a clean, orderly, and peaceful atmosphere. Management is known for being attentive and maintaining strict community standards, which helps preserve the aesthetic value of the grounds and the quality of life for all neighbors. For Marylanders looking to transition from high-priced apartments to a space of their own, this park provides the opportunity to own a manufactured home with the added benefit of a private yard—a feature that is highly prized in today's real estate market. The community fosters a neighborly spirit where residents look out for one another, creating a secure and welcoming "village" feel that is true to its name.

Location and accessibility are primary benefits for the residents of Todd Village. Situated at 2636 Old Westminster Pike in Finksburg, MD, the park is strategically placed near the intersection of major transit routes like Maryland Route 140 (Baltimore Boulevard). This allows for a straightforward commute to Westminster, Owings Mills, and Baltimore. The park is nestled in the picturesque Piedmont province of Maryland, characterized by rolling hills and a mix of residential and agricultural landscapes. This setting provides a rural-suburban hybrid lifestyle that many Marylanders find ideal—close enough to the city for work and entertainment, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet of the countryside.

The park is also located near several points of interest and essential services. It is within the Carroll County Public School District, known for its high-quality education. Nearby amenities such as the Finksburg Library, local shopping centers, and the Gerstell Academy are just a short drive away. For those who enjoy the outdoors, the Liberty Reservoir is nearby, offering opportunities for hiking and nature observation. Accessibility within the park is also a priority; the community features a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, ensuring that the office and common areas are reachable for all residents and visitors regardless of mobility needs.

The services offered at Todd Village LLC. Park are designed to provide a low-stress living experience. The management team, led by professional onsite staff, handles the day-to-day operations with a focus on consistency and responsiveness. One of the most significant service highlights mentioned by residents is the availability of the management office, which remains reachable even for off-hour emergencies. Residents often highlight the quiet nature of the park as one of its most valuable features, making it a sanctuary after a long day of work.

  • A quiet and well-maintained residential atmosphere that prioritizes the peace of its residents.
  • Private yards for most units, offering space for gardening, outdoor seating, and small-scale recreation.

Bought a manufactured home and moved here from PA. The apartments in this area are tiny and at LEAST $1200.00 a month. My home is huge and costs me less. and I have a small yard which is really nice. The people who run this park, Brett and Dez, are very nice. Strict (as they should be other wise it would probably fall apart) but they keep on top of things and keep the grounds neat and clean. A few of the homes are quite old and getting pretty run down, so it could look a lot nicer in that respect, but it's pretty quiet and the folk's here are very nice, hometown kind of people.

Be very careful staying at this trailer park. The manager is rude and classless and he drives around the complex with a baseball bat attached to his golf cart. He tries to intimidate people but it definitely doesn’t work.
