A well maintained trailer park. No trash heaps
On the best days, the water smells like rotten eggs. On the worst it smells like straight sewage. Roads are hardly touched in the winter before noon so if you have to work and live down the hills it's nearly impossible to make it up without 4wheel drive. Only good thing I have to say is the people that live here are friendly and mind their own for the most part.
Extremely aging location...beware of service calls in the area, many older trailers.
Dog breed restrictions/ the fact they are selectively enforced and the fact that they exist.Roads also aren't taken care of that great.Lastly water smells funky/ tastes bad.
I do not live in park, but have known some that did, and I've visited.Pretty clean and kept up. Nothing fancy, but not a stereotypical trashy park.
