Spanning a sprawling 70-acre property in the heart of the Sullivan County Catskills, this location is far more than just a place to pitch a tent. It is a historic site undergoing a thoughtful restoration, serving as both a peaceful campground and a sanctuary for rescued farm animals. Local New Yorkers and visitors alike are drawn to its unique atmosphere, where the sounds of live music often mingle with the gentle nickering of horses and the rustle of wind through the pines.

Customer Reviews
I stayed at Arrowhead following a concert of Brown Eyed Women with special guests Creamery Station that was held on site. The concert was amazing, acoustics were great, food vendor and other vendors also good. I rented the lakeside glamping spot for three people. We had two tents perfectly set up for us upon arrival with basically everything you would need for an overnight of camping. The ranch is under renovation but the site and property were perfect for a night away. I accessed the water via kayak and explored the wildlife there. Saw lots of frogs, a turtle, and a baby blue heron. Rose, who was our host, was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. As Rose said to us(after a beautiful hummingbird blessed us and hovered above Rose's head as she was discussing how our stay was as we were packing to leave) there is a little bit of magic at the ranch. I have to agree. This is definitely a place we'd revisit for a night or two away. Recommend you check it out. Hope to see other events be held here. Great location and time had by all three of us. THANK YOU.
