Place has made a tremendous turn around since new management. It takes a caring person to make positive change and the residents respect the community a lot more now. After a tragic hail storm the community has come together to rebuild and make it a wonderful community to live in again . It can only get better from here . This is a friendly and affordable community. It has definitely improved a lot ever since Crystal Wyatt became the park manager! So many homes have been renovated already in such a short time. There’s also a playground available!
Beaver Run is a great place to call home. It is quiet and the grounds are well maintained. The full-time onsite staff are very helpful.
Lived there 18 years. Place has somewhat deteriorated in looks but for most part its quiet, peaceful community.
