There are way to many restrictions from the park management. You never feel like a true homeowner who can make thier own decisions about what and were you can have on your property. If it still looks nice what's the problem??????

I love renting on this property, it's quiet and peaceful and very worth it for a military family, I love that we aren't bothered here by anyone and would live to re lease and stay another year. It certainly is worth it.

I was looking at a possible rental here. Definitely was not a place I would feel comfortable having my kids play outside or me being outside alone at night.
