Haven't had 1 year out of 5 living here that the lot rent hasn't raised or the water hasn't been contaminated! Park owners never put any money into fixing up their areas all while threatening people to clean up theirs! Park manager evicts people and then buys the property for financial gains. Can you say conflict of interest?
I definitely would ne recommend any one move to this place. Good luck dealing with the entitled (she has some authority so thinks she top dog) park manager. We have (in writing) approval for an ADA compliant ramp to get an ELDERLY, DISABLED, AMERICAN VETERAN out of our home BEFORE we moved in. Apon moving in the park manager stated that "in no way will we be getting a ramp." Apparently federal law, fire codes, and direct orders from licensed doctors at the VETERANS HOSPITAL do not apply to her and she can supersede those FEDERAL laws. Hope there is no fire or emergency, she will be the first one named in the lawsuit. In addition to that 50-75% of the park is covered in dog poop, feral cats, dilapidated trailers, and a significant amount of drug addicts. So far in less than 30 days I have found 2 used Crack cocaine pipes and wrappers for suboxone (for heroin and opiate addiction) laying about 100 feet from the playground. No wonder they have a 2.7 star rating.Needs new management, needs to follow federal laws, needs to clean up the plethora of dog shit and cat shit littering everyone's yards due to feral cats and residents not cleaning up, and the drug materials cleaned up that are laying around...
I'm on the back side of the park and it's quiet and peaceful. Took awhile to get approved but after that it went smoothly. My neighbor's are very nice and my dog loves his yard. Lots of space between home's which I like. I'm new to the park but so far no problems.
What a JOKE park. The “manager” could not care less about anybody here. My neighbor called the office about them turning off his water WITH NO NOTICE and NO WARNING and the manager laughed at him and said “oh well”. Gave him a “Curtesy call” AFTER the water was turned off 5 minutes BEFORE she left the office. Run down crack-house trailers EVERYWHERE but they want to harass you about chipped paint of the side of a shed. Absolute garbage people, garbage park. Better off living in a box than here.
I've been here for 8 yrs now and since then we got a new Manger and I will tell you she is doing an amazing thing for this park and the community this park is looking so much better since she came along this park look soooo much better and I appreciate all she has put into this park thank you so much for all the hard work you put into the park ❤️
