Brian and Ashley Albro are very poor landlords. I have witnessed a lot of things in my life but nothing this cruel in all my years. 2 days before Christmas they put a family of five, 3 of them children on the streets. Totally uncalled for! Brian smiling while this family was in tears. They had to give up their animals because they had no place to go. No human decency for a struggling family on Christmas. They're going through and evicting tenants that have asked for general repairs to their rentals. After the people are forced to move then they repair the rentals. Karma is real ....Do not rent or try to buy and own a mobile home in this trailer park. The landlords are inexperienced and do not know how to fulfill a landlord's obligation. They have been made aware of the issues and have stated that they will not make any repairs. That is illegal and isa violation of tenants rights. They have retaliated on a tenant asking for repairs to mobile home they rent. And are trying to evict that tenant . The current state of the trailer she rents is dilapidated, at no fault from the tenants that live there, theissues are from lack of maintenance and repairs. Conditions in the rental are dangerous, hazardous anddetrimental to the occupants health, and safety.• There is no heat• There are holes in the floor, which pose a significant safety risk.• The roof is leaking, causing water damage and unsanitary conditions. It is going to cave in with heavy snow .Possibly of serious bodily harm to anyone in the home including Pets.• The stove is not working, and has not worked the entire time which prevents me from preparing food safely.• The water has been shut off without notice on multiple occasions, disrupting essential services.• There is water in a kitchen light. That is a serious electrical issue.
