The owners are nice but the people who deal with the actual money are imprudent and picky. If you do not have a solid job, if you are a young family, or if you decide to rent instead of buying outright do not move here.
The parks road way needs a lot of work.its paved in some places a muddy mess in others and holes its a horrible drive in some places.
Fun stop with good music and good times ahead.
