Have lived here since 2000. Former owner kept it well maintained but current owners do not enforce park rules. As a result there are some very "junkie" homes with trashy yards. Lot rent goes up significantly each year but no improvements are made. Especially not ideal for retired people on fixed income. Currently owned by company near Philly that manages several parks around the Commonwealth. Part-time manager on site but seldom around any more. Have been waiting for years for them to replace a needed speed bump. As a result, some vehicles drive by at high speeds.
