New out of state owners are greedy. Rent has nearly doubled in 2 years. Start projects and do not finish, like paving the driveways. They eep raising prices, lot rent is almost double since the new owners bought it. What about the people on fixed incomes? Management is incompetent. Don't move here if don't absolutely have to and there are no other options. For some reason even the clowns in New York can't get the paperwork right.

Nice looking mobile home park. Mature trees and plenty of space between the homes. Minutes from the interstate but very rural and quiet.
