Eastern Mobile Modular Homes Introduce

For residents of Southern Maryland looking for a practical and cost-effective housing solution, Eastern Mobile Modular Homes has been a familiar name in the White Plains area. As a combined mobile home park and real estate entity, this business serves a dual purpose: it provides a physical location for manufactured home living while also acting as a dealership and consultation hub for modular home acquisitions. In a region where traditional real estate prices can be a significant barrier to homeownership, communities like this one offer Marylanders a chance to build equity and secure a private residence within a structured neighborhood environment.

The Maryland housing market is known for its diversity, ranging from the urban density of Baltimore to the sprawling rural estates of the Eastern Shore. In Charles County, specifically within the White Plains and Waldorf corridor, there is a high demand for "middle-ground" housing—options that provide the privacy of a detached home without the astronomical costs of custom on-site construction. Eastern Mobile Modular Homes addresses this need by focusing on factory-built housing technology. These homes are constructed in controlled environments to ensure high quality and energy efficiency before being transported to their final destination, a process that many local buyers find attractive due to its predictability and faster completion times.

Location and Accessibility

Eastern Mobile Modular Homes is situated at 10021 Rhodes Dr, White Plains, MD 20695, USA. This location is strategically placed just off U.S. Route 301 (Crain Highway), which is one of the primary north-south arteries in Maryland. For local residents, this means an easy commute to major regional employment centers, including the Indian Head Naval Base, the St. Charles business districts, and even the southern reaches of the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. The proximity to the Berry Road and Crain Highway intersection ensures that shopping centers, medical facilities, and schools are all within a few minutes' drive.

Accessibility at the site is designed to accommodate both residents and prospective buyers who come to view display models. The facility includes a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, making it easier for individuals with mobility challenges to visit the office or tour the available modular units. The layout of the park area typically follows the suburban-grid style of Southern Maryland, with designated entrances and exits that lead directly to local county roads. For those navigating the area with larger vehicles or trailers, the wide shoulders and clear signage of Rhodes Drive facilitate a straightforward arrival.

What is Worth Choosing

Choosing Eastern Mobile Modular Homes is particularly worth it for those who are focused on the "modular" aspect of the business. While many people associate these parks strictly with older trailers, the modular homes sold here represent a significant upgrade in durability and design. For a Maryland family looking to build on their own land, choosing a modular home can lead to 10% to 25% savings per square foot compared to site-built homes. The ability to work with a local salesperson like Emmanuel—who is often noted for being helpful and approachable—can make the daunting process of home selection much more manageable for first-time buyers.

Additionally, the location is a significant draw for those who want to remain in Southern Maryland. By choosing this park, you are securing a spot in one of the state's most rapidly growing counties, where real estate value has shown steady long-term growth. While some residents have noted the importance of staying informed about community infrastructure and water quality reports, the overall value proposition of affordable housing in a prime commuter location makes it a noteworthy option. For those who prioritize a straightforward, budget-conscious path to homeownership in the White Plains region, Eastern Mobile Modular Homes provides a local starting point to realize the American dream of owning a home.

The salesman Emmanuel was awesome chill and cool. The finance manager Leon not so much he tried to put me in a 2017 Chevy trax something that I don’t even like he was very pushy and I gave him a strict budget to stay under he went over it like how hard is it to follow instructions! And then said my job was deemed sketchy and also said, that my credit score was new when I’ve had credit for many years safe to say I walked out of there with no car and will not be going back

No paved roads by jimmies paddock because pipes too shallow in ground, mindlessly cutting down healthy trees, electricity goes out multiple times randomly, leaks in house, no spaces between trailers or mobile homes.UPDATE: Now I found out that there has been multiple violations regarding the water for both of these communities. Lead and copper contamination and coliform contamination going all the way back to the 1990’s. The latest violation was February 26, 2015. They failed to report and to follow up with states compliance. Beware of the water.
