We have never stayed in a KOA before, but it was necessary this time. We just have 2 adults and only needed a place to park with full hook-ups. I'm sure if we had the grandkids, they would have loved the pool and other amenities. So we did not take advantage of the game room, the horseshoes or the pool. The gravel site was not very level. There was nice man who guided us to our site and collected trash. The wife was excellent, the water pressure was good, the cell service was good. The office staff was great and helpful.

This place was exactly what we need, quiet and serene but near historical places and downtown Fredericksburg. Our campsite was flat, easy to back into, with a beautiful pond view. The staff were super friendly. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer, next time!

What a gem this place is. Check in straight forward, easy and quick. Everyone super friendly. I'm renting our RV as we're over from the UK and I had my air con going with my microwave so I triggered the electric breaker in my RV so I couldn't get power - the owner was going around on his golf cart and helped me as I didn't know where to find it. He was wonderful and really helped a newby which I really appreciated. They have loads to do for the kids and the go karts for $5 per 30 mins were a massive hit with my boys, 12 and 14. We loved the pool - everything kept really clean and tidy. Loungers by the pool and it's lovely and warm for us to play about in. Sight was beautiful. Really quiet and peaceful, we felt safe here.

Loved staying here. Such a beautiful drive to get to the KOA. Close enough to get groceries and go out to eat but far enough in the country to feel like you are in the country and not in a city.Very clean and well maintained. Friendly workers.
