Well… If u want a cheap place to live it’s here. All the money this park and the two others make every month on lot fees. You would think they could afford to at least fix the streets and driveways. This place is almost the equivalent of living with slum lords. New lot rates are $520 as of 2/24. Lived here 5 yrs and so far I have a never ending sink hole on one side, an almost non existent driveway and no one cares, But yet they have THE NERVE to send a notice if your grass is 2” tall when they have weeds knee high in the cracks of all the streets and parking lots. Ride through. Judge for yourself. If I could afford it I would leave. This place and the mgmt is A JOKE. Oh and don’t buy ANYTHING from the company on the sign that sells these home (or squatter lots).
I am living on Pine Needle Court of Meadows Park in Fredericksburg, it’s very safe and nice area with good neighborhood
Manager peeps through your window. They also find ways to tow you for no reason. I hate being here . Planning to move ASAP. If you dont want to be micromanaged do not stay here .
The water here is undrinkable. Everyone has to use bottled water. The management will not do anything unless threatened by the health department. Any time I tried to get the management to fix something like the stinking sewer and holes in the yard I was told I could move. Wish I never would have come here. I bought a trailer and I cannot get out.
Home sweet home. Lived here most of my life and loved it. Excellent location, being someone who walks a lot it's amazing living here. Very clean and safe with two trails to walk to as well as within walking distance to fasmart and if your willing to make the trek Harrison Crossing. Friendly neighbors(usually) and a nice elementary, middle and high school near by.
