I've lived here for a few years now and really enjoy it. Anytime something broke, maintenance showed up that day and fixed it. I've never had any problems in this community. It's a safe place for my child. The manager of the park has always been helpful and could answer any question I've ever had.
I live here with my fiance. It is a lovely place to live. Well taken care of and managed, yet your privacy is not violated by a nosey boundary pushing owner/proprietor as is the case with some communities. The other members of the community also respect privacy and boundaries so no nosey neighbors either. Property is well maintained all year round and it looks beautiful. All in all a really great place to live oh! The cost to live here is competitive and very fair especially for all the benefits . I definitely recommend Halfmoon Heights so anyone... Pet friendly. Childrens safety in mind with speed bumps and signs. Also they have a daycare center and a basketball court right in the middle. A suggestion I have however is, considering the no pool policy., maybe it could be considered for a community pool .. just a thought !

Seems funny that most of the pictures are bad areas. Garden homes has done a lot to transform this park. Tons of new homes put in and a lot of lots have been cleaned up. I lived here as a kid when it was Turf and moved back as an adult and it is so much better now.
Been living here 15 yrs. New houses being put in. Headstart program in park also Cheryl 's lodge a place with programs for kids(Ran by Captain) family help &. Meetings also held there .
