As part of a larger residential complex that includes apartments and townhomes, Malta Gardens benefits from a diverse community atmosphere where neighbors often share the common goal of a peaceful living environment.

Living in Malta Gardens allows residents to enjoy the specific benefits of manufactured home living, such as increased privacy compared to shared-wall apartments and the opportunity for personal outdoor space. What is Worth Choosing

Malta Gardens Mobile Home Park is worth choosing primarily for its exceptional location. In a region where housing costs can be quite high, this community provides a factual path to living in the heart of Saratoga County without the premium price tag of traditional real estate. The ability to live within 30 minutes of both Albany and Saratoga Springs while being directly adjacent to major employers like GlobalFoundries offers a logistical advantage that is hard to match. For commuters, the time saved on travel each day adds significant value to their quality of life.

Furthermore, the park’s integration with a larger residential network provides access to amenities—like tennis and basketball courts—that are often missing from smaller, standalone mobile home parks. The commitment to maintaining a pet-friendly and landscaped environment ensures that the community remains a pleasant place for outdoor enthusiasts and animal lovers alike. When you choose Malta Gardens, you are choosing a community that understands the needs of the modern New Yorker: a safe, accessible, and well-connected home base that allows you to focus on your career and family while enjoying the natural beauty of the Empire State.

Absolutely disgusting environment!! I've been to a lot of trailer park through my job and this is by far the worse!! Nobody maintains there property, majority of the residents are unfriendly and confrontational, and local police are always over there. I seriously and HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere for your own sake

Sad to hear about the conditions and problems associated with the mobile home part. Was such a nice place to live in 1968-1973. I lived on Avenue B, 1st trailer on the right. I was 12-17 at that time. Made many good friends, some of whom I am still in contact with. We had a nice rec hall, laundromat and big pond that we swam in and ice skated on. It was always kept in nice shape. Everyone was given the use of a large front deck (maybe 15X20) to use. I want to say rent was under 100 dollars if I remember correctly.

I've been here for 6 months now & absolutely love my place! Plenty of parking. Grounds are well maintained. Quiet & peaceful & great area to walk my dogs! I can't ask for anything more & the quietness of everything. I really love where I live. It's been a long time for me to finally call a place home & I have found it.Thank you so much!

Other than greed, there is NO reason for how high the lot rent has become. I would not be complaining if there was ANY improvements being made to justify the cost. I’ve been at Malta Gardens since November 2002, and my rent is close to being double since then. Zero has been done to improve this place. Like neighbors around me, when I am ready to sell, it is going to be very difficult. The main reason for the trouble of selling their homes is the high rent. In this county, I can OWN land for a lot less than you are charging. I have put a lot of time and money in improvements to my place. Unlike outside the park, if I am lucky enough to sell my place, I fear I am going to lose a lot of money. I am highly concerned with this issue because I am a retired disabled combat veteran living on a fixed income with zero assistance.
