Hemlocks Introduce

Finding the perfect place to settle down in the Granite State often means balancing the desire for natural beauty with the need for practical convenience. Hemlocks, a well-established mobile home park and retirement community located in Tilton, New Hampshire, offers exactly that balance. Designed for those who appreciate a slower pace of life without sacrificing access to modern amenities, this community has become a staple for residents looking for quality, affordable housing in the heart of the Lakes Region. The neighborhood is characterized by its peaceful atmosphere and well-maintained grounds, reflecting the pride of ownership found throughout the park.

As a community that serves both as a mobile home park and a retirement-focused living space, Hemlocks provides an environment where neighbors know one another and the surrounding environment is respected. The community is tailored to meet the needs of those seeking a simplified lifestyle, whether they are downsizing from a larger family home or looking for a seasonal retreat in one of New Hampshire's most scenic areas. The emphasis here is on quiet enjoyment and community stability, making it a top choice for local residents and those moving to the Tilton area specifically for its reputation as a gateway to the mountains and lakes.

Hemlocks is situated at 27 Timberline Dr, Tilton, NH 03276, USA. This location is particularly advantageous for residents who value accessibility. Nestled just a short distance from major transit routes, the park offers easy entry to the Interstate 93 corridor, which serves as the primary artery for travel between the White Mountains to the north and the capital city of Concord to the south. Being in Tilton means residents are only minutes away from the famous Tanger Outlets, a variety of local dining options, and essential services such as grocery stores and pharmacies. The park manages to remain a secluded enclave while being surprisingly close to the bustling commercial hubs of Belknap County.

For those who enjoy the outdoors, the location provides proximity to the Winnipesaukee River and several nearby lakes, offering year-round recreational opportunities from summer boating to winter fishing. The accessibility of the park extends to its internal layout, which features paved roads and a design that accommodates both vehicular traffic and pedestrians safely. Residents find that the "neat and quiet" reputation of the park is largely due to its strategic placement away from heavy industrial noise, yet close enough to everything a modern household requires for daily living.

Choosing a place to live in New Hampshire involves looking beyond just the four walls of a house; it is about the community, the maintenance of the environment, and the convenience of the location. Hemlocks stands out because it offers a rare combination of affordability and high standards. Many people who visit the park are struck by the cleanliness of the grounds, noting that the area is always perfectly shoveled in the winter and neatly trimmed in the summer. We have not noticed any discrimination. Scott Shibles (the district manger) and Sheryl (his assistant) stayed on top of the deal to take care of my family and myself so we can move in as quickly as possible. I totally recommend Hemlocks. Good job, Hemlocks management.Sincerely and respectfully,Alaa and family.

It was nice when the older folks were just there, but since they failed to get the required paperwork in to make it a 55 and over only, young noisy people are moving in.
