Managers are very helpful and comprehensive. The view of the green areas its always neat and clean.
I have lived here 3 1/2 years. The community is beautiful and the fountain is one of my favorite features. The community does a lot of activities and the staff works hard. The negative comments you may see are from a small group of people who are filled with drama. But the majority of people here love it and are happy to pay.
I have only been a resident in the hickory hills mhc for a few years and couldn’t be happier! The management staff and maintenance staff are amazing. The park looks so beautiful and the activities for all ages are incredible. The corporation certainly chose the best. I’m so happy to be a part of this lovely family community, kudos to all who make this a wonderful place to call my forever home.
There is literally one or two families in this whole community that are writing all these bad reviews. Those families want to create drama because that is what they feed on. They can't obied by the rules or lease agreements. This community is amazing with multiple amenities , great employees, always weekly events, etc I have only been here for 8 months, and visiting for the last 4 years under both management. New management has gone above and beyond what the last managers could have ever! People that are writing the bad reviews have nothing better to do with themselves because they don't have jobs and prey on the negative attention!!
As a busy mom of three, I’m always looking for places where my kids can have fun, stay active, and be safe — and Hickory Hills checks every box for us!My kids absolutely love spending time here. The playgrounds, pool, and green spaces are always clean and beautifully maintained, which gives me so much peace of mind. There’s plenty for all ages to enjoy, and we never run out of things to do together as a family. The management and staff are truly amazing — they’re always friendly, helpful, and you can tell they take real pride in keeping the community looking its best. It makes such a difference knowing we’re spending time in a place that’s so well cared for.I can’t recommend Hickory Hills enough for families who want a safe, welcoming, and fun community atmosphere.
