Spanning across a beautifully maintained landscape in Lincoln, the park features over 260 spacious sites and a wide variety of lodging options, ranging from rustic tent spots to premium glamping yurts and luxury cabins. The centerpiece of the park is its water zone, which serves as a refreshing oasis during the warm summer months. With its vibrant theme and frequent appearances by Yogi Bear™, Boo Boo™, and Cindy Bear™, the park creates a nostalgic and magical environment that resonates with guests of all ages. It is a place where family bonds are strengthened around campfires and new memories are forged through a packed schedule of daily activities.
Location and accessibility are major highlights for Jellystone Park™ Delaware Beaches. Situated at 8295 Brick Granary Road in Lincoln, DE, the park is strategically located just minutes away from some of the East Coast's most popular seaside destinations. While the campground offers a quiet, wooded retreat, it is only about 20 minutes from the historic charm of Lewes and approximately 40 minutes from the bustling boardwalks of Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach. This "basecamp" positioning allows guests to enjoy tax-free shopping, local seafood dining, and the pristine shores of the Delaware Bay and Atlantic Ocean, all while returning to a comfortable and activity-filled resort in the evening.
The facility is designed to be inclusive and easy to navigate. The park features wheelchair-accessible entrances, parking lots, and restrooms, ensuring that all family members can participate in the fun. For those traveling with heavy rigs, the park offers wide, level sites with convenient on-site parking. Its proximity to Route 1 and Route 113 makes it an easy drive for travelers coming from Northern Delaware, Maryland, or Pennsylvania. Once on-site, the availability of golf cart rentals makes getting around the large property effortless, allowing you more time to focus on the various attractions scattered throughout the grounds.

This place is legit the best family time campground ever. You’ve got a water park, you’ve got the perfect cabins, you’ve got fun activities stationed around the campground… just the best thing ever. Oh, and also not to forget about really nice staff. Take a second to think about their amazing hospitality. That’s just a few of the reason why you and your family should go to Yogi Bear.
We had such a fun weekend at Yogi Bear’s Jellystone in Delaware! The kids had an absolute blast. Between the pool and the water park area, they were entertained the whole time. The pool was never too crowded, there was always plenty of seating, and the staff kept everything fun with their energy and enthusiasm. We stayed in the cabins, which were a great option for our group (3 cabins and one camper site for 18 people total!). The cabins were comfortable, though ours did have a bit of a musky odor at first, but nothing too overwhelming. One tip for future guests—if you have more than 3 people in a cabin, definitely bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. The camp store was handy for little things we forgot, and the location itself made everything easy to enjoy. Overall, it was a great family-friendly getaway with plenty for the kids to do and space for the adults to relax. We’d happily come back again!
Bee hive in the wall of our first premier cabin, had to be moved to a new one. New one still had minor issues all over the place: screen door was broken, toilet constantly running, shower door would not stay shut, lots of missing pieces of dishware/silverware. Did not provide a sponge but did provide soap? Arcade had a lot of broken games. Our premier cabin was supposed to have two parking spaces, but the one we were assigned didn’t have paved parking it was on the grass, and very close to the side of the house & picnic table. Other premier cabins had 2 paved spots.Staff was fairly helpful. We didn’t end up using the pool, it was always very packed. Lots of issues with people driving cars & golf carts recklessly, kids driving golf carts, kids riding bikes/scooters and not watching for cars etc.Overall, it was fine. Sites are packed very close together so you can hear basically everything from all your neighbors. The wifi does not work and don’t expect to have any service. Bring your own linens & towels & pillows. If you can, bring a mattress pad the beds are very thin and just on top of plywood. Bring a fan for the bunk bed room! No AC in there.
(First time goers)From the moment we arrived at Camp Jellystone, we knew we were in for something special. The grounds were spotless and well-maintained, setting the stage for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everywhere we went, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and friendliness, making us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors passing through. What really impressed us was how quickly and sincerely the team responded when we encountered a minor issue. Within just 15 minutes, maintenance arrived—not only ready to fix the problem, but clearly determined to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Their professionalism and care turned what could have been a hiccup into a shining example of true customer service.Camp Jellystone delivers the perfect balance of fun, comfort, and top-notch hospitality. It’s rare to find a place that checks every box, but this one absolutely does. We left with wonderful memories and zero hesitation about recommending it to anyone looking for a clean, family-friendly, and well-run getaway.
Premier cabins are nice, however one of the bedrooms does not have an a/c and you have to keep the door open for air flow. Our site was missing a picnic table, we made several calls and Maintenance never showed. The arcade has quite a few games out of order and your points just disappear off the card. It's owned by a third party so they couldn't do anything about it.Cornhole only had 1 beanbag. The fenced dog run area is tiny, I would say 12'x3'Bring your own food! The camp store has gifts, camping gear and drinks, no snacks at all.Kids loved the water slides and pool. Very nice playground and tons of activities for the kids, most are an extra cost. Hay ride with karaoke was fun. Bathrooms are very well kept.Overall a fun place to bring the family, but overpriced.
