Good place to find a place too live they are very helpful.
So living here has it’s ups and downs like anywhere else, having kids here is nice because there is a lot of other kids so a lot of them to play with to keep them busy. Just there’s so much that you can’t do and so much favoritism in this place that it’s not funny, first of the water is always brown so you have to let it run till it turns normal again and when you tell the park manager even with video and pictures nothing changes and they say well it’s only you which you know that’s a lie, you can’t work on your car but if you drive around the park you’ll see people doing it and nothing happens to them because they keep doing it. If you can’t pay your lot rent don’t worry about it just be friends with the park manager and he will let you live here for free if you help with passing things out for them. They have only one park on one side but not the other but have a giant field they are not using, you don’t understand the list of things you can’t do while living here and to me if I own this place why can’t I do what I want, every year the lot rent goes up no matter what, the park manager is so lazy and don’t wanna do anything and if you put stuff on the lawn for them to pick up it will sit there for weeks till they decide to get it, just before you move in ask for the list of things you can’t do or have because to me I would of left just on that alone.
One of the better communities. Well maintained. Management is helpful and responsive. Most of the residents are friendly and respectful. I am a 9 year resident/home owner.WP is a MUCH BETTER community than the Twin Lakes community up the road.
It's quiet, but the people living in their trailer park are snotty and rude. Don't walk a dog on someone else's land, not even a blade of grass. They will come after you. When covid hit, they didn't raise rent but rather added a 20 dollar garbage fee to bypass the yearly 20 dollar raise in rent. Pure greed. Mostly, people driving around in cars with Confederate flags now it's Trump flags. Everyone practically has cameras now and is watching your every move. The manager of the trailer park is a thug who will beat your car silly if you drive behind him. hes a delicate snow flake so be careful.
It's peaceful, quiet and will maintained. Some of the ppl who live in the park are a little snotty but other than that 👌
