Oak Hill - MA Introduce
For travelers and residents in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts looking for a stable and well-situated residential environment, Oak Hill - MA offers a unique blend of RV park and mobile home community living. Located in the historic city of Attleboro, this community is managed by Hometown America and serves as a vital resource for those seeking a suburban retreat within the bustling corridor between Providence and Boston. Oak Hill provides a sense of permanence and neighborhood connection that is often missing from more transient recreational vehicle parks, making it a noteworthy destination for local users interested in long-term stays or manufactured housing.
The community is designed with a focus on quiet, residential living. Spread across a landscape that features manicured common areas and natural beauty, Oak Hill aims to provide an affordable alternative to traditional stick-built housing in the high-demand Massachusetts real estate market. While it caters to a diverse range of residents, including families and retirees, it maintains a structured environment that emphasizes property upkeep and community standards. For those in the Massachusetts region, it stands as a practical choice for those who want the flexibility of an RV or mobile home lifestyle without sacrificing the security of a managed community.
Oak Hill - MA is conveniently situated at 1003 Oakhill Ave #66, Attleboro, MA 02703, USA. This location is particularly advantageous for residents who require easy access to the urban centers of New England. Attleboro sits just 14 miles from downtown Providence, Rhode Island, and approximately 40 miles from Boston, making it an ideal hub for commuters. The park is nestled in a suburban neighborhood that offers a "small-town" feel while being only three miles away from major local grocery stores, shopping centers, and a variety of dining options along Route 1 and Route 152.
Accessibility is a key feature of the Oak Hill community. The property is designed to be inclusive, offering wheelchair-accessible entrances and a wheelchair-accessible parking lot. The internal roadways are paved and maintained to ensure ease of navigation for both personal vehicles and larger RV units. For those who rely on local connectivity, the park's proximity to major highways like I-95 and I-295 ensures that the rest of Bristol County and beyond is within easy reach, while the nearby Attleboro MBTA station provides a reliable rail link to the Greater Boston area.
Oak Hill - MA provides a suite of services aimed at maintaining the quality of life for its residents and ensuring the smooth operation of the park. As a professionally managed property under the Hometown America umbrella, the services are structured to provide a worry-free living environment. The services offered include:
- Professional on-site management and a dedicated sales team to assist with residency and home purchases.
- Landscaping and maintenance of common areas, including the preservation of the community's signature green spaces.
- Site inspections and compliance monitoring to ensure all homes and RV sites meet community aesthetic standards.
- Water and sewer infrastructure management, typically coordinated with local municipal guidelines and seasonal bans.
- Provision of a community clubhouse that serves as a central hub for social interactions and administrative needs.

The park’s greatest strength is its balance between suburban tranquility and urban accessibility. For Massachusetts residents who find the traditional housing market out of reach, Oak Hill provides a path to homeownership or long-term residency in a clean and quiet environment. The presence of professional management ensures that the neighborhood maintains a consistent standard of appearance and safety, which is a significant factor for those seeking a long-term place to settle.
Additionally, the "all-ages" nature of the park makes it a versatile choice for different life stages, whether you are starting a family or looking for a low-maintenance retirement spot. The inclusion of amenities like the clubhouse, library, and fishing pond offers a layer of social and recreational value that many smaller parks lack. While the park emphasizes adherence to community rules and property maintenance, this structure is exactly what keeps the area peaceful and desirable for those who take pride in their living space. Customer Reviews
Land rent is the most expensive around at 725.00 and goes up every year. It just jumped 25.00 .There is no place for the kids to play. Hometown America has tons of law suits. This is supposed to be affordable living . It cost more for the land rent than my mortgage only gave this a 3 because we don't have the amenities that other parks have.
Update:I have changed my rating to zero stars due to the current property manager and lack of response from the regional manager. On April 3rd an email was sent (among other inconsequential things) regarding site inspections taking place in June. This entails power washing homes, lawn mowing, etc.On April 10th an email was sent that due to the annual water ban going into effect on May 1st, the property manager decided inspections would be done that day.Residents have now been delivered a 10 day notice of compliance. The incompetence is astounding.Absolutely love this community! Can't wait for current property manager to be replaced, everything has gone on a downward swing since she came along.
I've only visited a friend here, but the community seems pretty nice. Some homes are in better condition than others, but it looks like a nice place to live.
It's a great place to go walking. Great place for the children as well. They teach the children a lot even my myself I am also learning from them. Take the time check them out
Used to play paintball here with the local police. The only time I get to shoot them and not go to jail.
