Oakhill Introduce
For residents of the Commonwealth seeking a balanced lifestyle that combines suburban tranquility with the practicalities of modern living, Oakhill stands as a notable residential option in the city of Attleboro, Massachusetts. Recognized as both a mobile home park and a structured housing development, Oakhill offers a unique alternative to traditional single-family homeownership. In a state where housing costs can be a significant hurdle, communities like this provide an essential pathway for individuals and families to secure a place they can call their own. What is worth choosing when it comes to Oakhill is the combination of affordability and location in a state where these two factors rarely align. Choosing to live in this community allows residents to retain their independence in a detached home while being part of a larger, supportive network. Update: such a major difference in a few short years☹️ I spend most time indoors due to a particular person moving in, we have no association due to lack of interest/information, there is no longer a library or laundry room, there are no welcome vibes by current management.love living in this community! It's nice to have a residents' association as a liaison for any issues that may come up, and our neighbors are fantastic
Oak Hill is a nice place to bring you little ones and Family. there's so much to see for the little ones. the people they're very polite good parking area. Short trails good history about them. Give it a go you might enjoy it
Run, don't walk. This place is terribly run, expensive and not worth the constant aggravation you'll experience. Being under the thumb of a giant corporation is stressful and the yearly increase of rent will leave you quickly living beyond your budget.
It's nice and clean. The people that live there are so nice. The barn is great for birthday parties!
Excellent community 98 % of the residents are very friendly and helpful too. A wonderful place to live 🏡
