Great location, but not allowed to hike on property. Bath house is clean, can only be used for new campers. There is seasonal and permanent campers. The place is a kindergarten gossip center. The owner and his daughter run the place like it's a boot camp. Quiet hour is 9 must remove trash immediately or be written up. There is 5 pages of rules all ending with it's up to management. So the dad will say it's OK then daughter writes you up. AVOID
