New management. Nothing has been done to upgrade deteriorating conditions. Trailers are beginning crammed in on top of one another. Water lines continually break. Skeptical if background checks are really being done as I'm pretty sure I've seen at least one resident hooking. Total dump
I lived in the park 25+ years ago. That was before the area had 911 service, before the Internet and big screen tvs. You had to call the Fire Dept's local phone number. I wouldn't choose to return.
New management are citation addicts harassing the handicapped and elderly,violating residents privacy by poking cameras in windows and thats just the tip of the iceberg.You wouldn't want to live here.
My son just moved in and says the neighbors are very kind and courteous
That's really a star minus very run down something u see on Deliverance, sorry it's just very run down, could be a really nice place if he or someone put money back in to it
